I am a talent and staffing professional who has served organizations in both the US and UK and who has recruited talent in 4 continents. My experience has bridged the worlds of corporate talent acquisition and external staffing agency, implementing strategies in startup, high growth and turnaround situations.I dramatically reduce days to hire ratios, successfully align recruitment practices with business needs and contribute to increased revenue in all verticals as a result. I excel at project management, process improvement, change management and cost containment. I build strong internal customer alliances through demonstrating a consultative and empathetic approach.
I design cutting edge performance management matrices; used to drive up hiring activity, reduce costs and recognize recruiter achievement for improving efficiency.
